Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain or related field is required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping/supply chain.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation services.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with Pricing and Sales Support teams and follow up on opportunities to maximize conversions.
