Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a market-minded Marketing Coordinator to support sales strategies in Indonesia and beyond. You will gather and analyze market data, communicate with customers to assess needs, and manage promotional materials to strengthen client relations.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with at least two years in air freight, have strong English and MS Office skills, and can work well in a team while applying MK3L/QHSE principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major with at least 2 years of air freight experience.
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of freight forwarding, export-import and domestic activities.
• Able to work in a team and have organizational experience.
• Understanding of MK3L/QHSE aspects.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Availability of accurate and valid PEB/PIB documents
• Availability of complete document archives to support the export and import process
• Availability of valid, accurate and timely payment verification
