Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience of sales in shipping, freight forwarding, or import-export logistics.
• Knowledge and understanding of market dynamics, shipping procedures, and port operations.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability in working multiple projects or coordinating with several stakeholders at a time.

Responsibilities

• Main Responsibilities: Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• General Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control.
• Foster commitment to understand and adhere to all IMS requirements.
• Participate in investigation processes of accidents or unsafe actions, providing accurate information.
• Engage in information security controls to protect company assets.
