PT Medisafe Technologies in Indonesia seeks a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily export/import documentation workflows, ensure full customs compliance, and coordinate shipment logistics. You will issue Commercial Invoices, B/L, AWB, and COO accurately and on schedule.

You will serve as the primary operational liaison between external freight vendors and internal teams (Warehouse, QA, Production, CS), driving smooth, compliant shipping operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily export/import documentation workflows.
• Ensure total compliance with customs regulations.
• Coordinate shipment logistics and issue required shipping documents (Commercial Invoices, B/L, AWB, COO) accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between external freight vendors and internal departments (Warehouse, QA, Production, CS).
