Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in Jakarta to oversee import/export activities, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. You will drive compliance with regulations, participate in audits, and support cost optimization across the logistics function.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or related field.
• At least 3 years in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
• Experience managing customs, taxation, and certification audits.
• PPJK certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of shipping practices and customs procedures.
• LC (Letter of Credit) knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in common business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with brokers, freight forwarders, and customs for clearance.
• Ensure compliance with shipping rules, procedures, and ISO standards.
• Contribute to customs, taxation, and certification audits.
• Support supplier performance and cost optimization.
• Handle last-mile delivery and project support.
