PT Ezocean Logistics Indonesia is seeking an Import Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end import documentation and daily import processes. The role requires ensuring compliance with regulations, accurate manifest/PLB handling, and close collaboration with shipping lines, customers, and overseas partners.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 2–3 years in freight forwarding, strong English skills, and a proven ability to work independently while coordinating

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding and distribution.
• Experience in an international logistics or freight forwarding company is an advantage.
• Experience in 'Export operations' is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to JOIN IMMEDIATELY.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all import documentation and monitor daily import operational processes.
• Understand and comply with import regulations and customs procedures.
• Perform calculations and analysis related to import operational requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers and overseas agents.
• Check all pre-alert documents received via email and distribute them to the import team accordingly.
• Handle administrative processes, including manifest preparation, PLB processing, and other import-related activities.
• Review and verify manifest and PLB drafts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all import documents.
• Coordinate closely with shipping lines, airlines, and customers regarding shipment status.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Field Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment progress.
