Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export‑import operations and customs clearance.
• Must be able to prepare and process PIB and PEB independently.
• Experience coordinating with Bea Cukai, ports, depots, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking providers.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian export‑import procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process PIB and PEB independently, including required customs documentation.
• Conduct field operations at Customs offices, ports, terminals, and depots.
• Handle document submission, customs clearance, cargo inspections, and cargo release processes.
• Coordinate directly with Bea Cukai, shipping lines, airlines, port and terminal authorities, depots and trucking providers.
• Arrange and monitor cargo pickup, trucking, and delivery to ensure shipments proceed on schedule.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues with relevant parties.
• Prepare and maintain export‑import documents (CI, PL, SI, BL, AWB, PIB, PEB, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company procedures.
