Wesco is seeking an Import & Customs Operations staff to support logistics and import operations in Jakarta. You will review PIB and other customs documents, coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and warehouses, and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.

This role requires hands-on knowledge of import-export processes and strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, import-export, or customs-related environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian import-export regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.
• Familiar with coordinating with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities.
• Proficient English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify import documentation, including PIB and supporting customs documents.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs-related parties for efficient clearance.
• Monitor import and export shipments ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Liaise with warehouses for goods receiving, inventory coordination, and deliveries to customers.
• Maintain records and reports related to import/export and customs operations.
