Solenis is seeking an Import & Export Officer in Jakarta to manage end-to-end import and export operations. You will coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and overseas suppliers to ensure timely cargo movement, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring smooth customs clearance, and driving cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Import & Export, Customs Clearance, International Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Customs Brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing customs clearance activities and coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Proven experience reviewing shipping documents and customs declarations (PIB) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication skills for written correspondence with overseas stakeholders.

• Prepare, collect, review, and maintain all import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers, clearing agents, freight forwarders, and authorities.
• Review shipping documents and PIB declarations prior to submission to ensure compliance.
• Ensure timely customs clearance to prevent delays and extra costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify opportunities for logistics cost savings and process improvements.
