Zusammenfassung

Solenis Indonesia (Jakarta Pusat) is seeking an Import & Export Officer to manage end-to-end import/export operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement and compliance. You will coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, overseas suppliers, and internal teams to minimize delays and costs.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in related fields, strong knowledge of Indonesian customs, and hands-on experience with PIBs and related permits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in Import & Export, Customs Clearance, International Logistics, or Freight Forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with brokers and forwarders.
• Excellent documentation review and accuracy for PIBs, permits, and licenses.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel; good English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage all import/export activities in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, forwarders, and authorities.
• Review shipping documents, PIBs, permits, certificates, and supporting docs.
• Liaise with brokers and authorities to ensure compliance and avoid delays.
• Monitor changes in regulations and align processes accordingly.
• Support shipment discrepancy resolution and documentation issues.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental practices.
