Job summary

PT BYD Auto Indonesia is seeking an HR Specialist to manage payroll, attendance, and compensation & benefits for our Subang manufacturing site.

Responsibilities include attendance and leave administration, payroll calculations, BPJS contributions, and ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor laws while applying strong data analysis.

We require 2–5 years’ HR experience in payroll/attendance, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and solid skills with HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, labor law, psychology, or related fields (Indonesian labor regulations familiarity).
• 2–5 years HR experience in compensation, payroll, or attendance (manufacturing/automotive preferred).
• Proficient in payroll modules and HR information systems.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.

• Oversee attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave requests.
• Process monthly payroll calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan contributions.

Job description

Attendance & Leave Administration: Manage and monitor daily employee attendance, shifts, overtime records, and leave requests to ensure precise tracking.

Payroll Processing & Calculations: Execute monthly payroll calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings with high accuracy and strict timeliness.

Social Security & Welfare (BPJS): Oversee statutory social security contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan) and company welfare distributions.

Compliance & Data Analysis: Ensure all compensation and attendance practices fully comply with Indonesian labor laws and perform basic HR data analysis.

Skills: Proficient in compensation/payroll modules, quick to adapt to internal HR systems, with solid data management and analytical skills.

Chinese: Advanced

Indonesian: Mandatory (Native/Fluent)

Soft Skills: Strong cross-cultural management capabilities, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trust with employees.
