PT Ecolab International Indonesia is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with business leaders and translate priorities into practical people strategies across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and employee relations.

In this role, you will combine trusted advisory support with disciplined execution across workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive human resources experience, including advising managers or business leaders across HR disciplines.
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, talent processes, organizational change, or workforce planning.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policies and applicable employment requirements.
• Experience using HR systems, workforce data, and digital tools to support decisions and track outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into integrated workforce and people plans.
• Advise leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent, performance, succession, engagement, retention, and change.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee experience, team dynamics, and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Lead and support employee relations matters with sound judgment, timely documentation, appropriate escalation, and alignment with applicable employment requirements.
• Use workforce data, business metrics, and employee feedback to diagnose trends, frame recommendations, and measure the impact of people initiatives.
• Drive annual and recurring people processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, and engagement actions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Legal, and HR shared services to deliver coordinated solutions.
• Support organizational change through stakeholder alignment, communication, manager readiness, risk assessment, and adoption planning.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy and process improvements, and regional or enterprise initiatives while maintaining high standards of governance, confidentiality, and compliance.
