Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of HR generalist experience across Talent Management, Organization Development, People Development and Industrial Relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication at all levels within the organization.
• Proven experience in organizational design and change management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Director in designing and implementing the organization's HR strategy to attract, manage, develop and retain staff.
• Oversee Human Resources Planning to ensure workforce profile aligns with service and business objectives.
• Participate in Performance Management processes and counseling to ensure effective performance.
• Assist HR Director to ensure compliance with code of conduct, regulations, laws and employment standards.
• Serve as HR representative to foster a positive climate and productive workforce.
