Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with the Country HR Manager to implement people strategy aligned with business growth. You will support HR operations, drive employee experience, and collaborate with cross-functional HR functions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in HR or related field or HR certification, with at least 6 years in an HRBP role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or HR certification.
• At least 6 years in HR Business Partner role.
• Experience with SAP or Workday; strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
