Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or HR certification.
• At least 6 years in HR Business Partner role.
• Experience with SAP or Workday; strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.
• Support HR operations and employee relations to ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with regional HRBP, SSC and Centre of Excellence to deliver a great employee experience.
