Job summary

PT. PETOUR PETFOOD INDONESIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders in our Indonesia office and shape how we hire, grow, and retain our people.

You will own the HR agenda end to end, from talent acquisition and compensation to employee relations and labor compliance. The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience with HRBP exposure, strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, and hands-on recruitment and contract drafting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Law, or Business.
• 3–5 years HR experience including HRBP or HR generalist exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan, PP 35/2021), BPJS, and PPh 21.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and employment contract drafting.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; professional English.
• Able to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang Selatan; independent and fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, hiring needs, and people decisions.
• Lead talent acquisition: define role criteria, screen candidates, run HR interviews, and manage offers.
• Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, incentives, and payroll inputs with Finance.
• Handle employee relations, probation reviews, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and draft or review employment contracts and company policies.
• Build and improve HR processes, templates, and SOPs in Feishu and our HR systems.
