Job summary

PT Mitra Global Holiday is seeking a Customer Service Staff to manage domestic and international hotel reservations for travel agents or corporate clients. You will provide fast service via phone, email, and chat, and you will investigate issues to find solutions while following up with hotels for room availability.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma and have 1 year of experience in reservations or the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders eligible for this role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or customer service.
• Preferably fluent in English for overseas interactions with travel agents and hotels.
• Willing to work in weekly shifts including weekends/Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international hotel reservations from a travel agent or corporate.
• Provide fast service in answering customer queries via phone, emails, and chat.
• Investigate customer issues to find root cause and offer solutions.
• Confidence to follow up with hotels for room availability.
