Job summary

PT Mitra Global Holiday is seeking a Customer Service Staff to manage domestic and international hotel reservations for travel agents or corporate clients. You will provide fast service via phone, email, and chat, and you will investigate issues to find solutions while following up with hotels for room availability.

Candidates should possess at least a Diploma and have 1 year of experience in reservations or the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders eligible for this role.
• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations or customer service.
• Preferably fluent in English for overseas interactions with travel agents and hotels.
• Willing to work in weekly shifts including weekends/Public Holidays.

Job Descriptions:

Requirements:

Work opportunity in Jabodetabek

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field

Preferably fluent in English for conversation with overseas travel agents, hotels, and suppliers

Minimum 1 year(s) of working experience as Reservation Staff

Have a background on Travel industry or Hotelier will be an advantage

Willing to work in weekly shifts including on weekends/Public Holidays as per the shift.
