Job summary

PT Sari Murni Abadi is seeking an Overseas Business Manager to drive international expansion, build distributor networks, and manage cross-border contracts for our FMCG snacks portfolio. You will lead pricing strategies and coordinate with production and logistics to scale our global footprint.

The role requires 5–7+ years in international business development or related fields, with a strong network of distributors and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of proven experience in international business development, sales, or product management within FMCG (snack/food industry preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Extensive existing network of international distributors and key partners.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain processes, export mechanics, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive international distributor network expansion and revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end commercial contract management and pricing strategies.
• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard new distributor partners in key overseas markets.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Deliver demand forecasting, sales reporting, and market analytics to executive leadership.
