Job summary

PT SIANTAR TOP, Tbk seeks an experienced overseas business development professional to drive market expansion for consumer products across B2C channels. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and build distributor networks internationally.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Export, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Development to ensure market readiness, manage partnerships with distributors and retailers, and travel internationally to grow key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/International business or related field.
• 5–8 years in international business development or export sales.
• Experience in FMCG/food & beverage/consumer goods/manufacturing preferred.
• Proven track record in developing B2C markets and international channels.
• Strong understanding of export processes, distributor management, retail and e-commerce.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop overseas business development strategies to achieve sales and market expansion targets.
• Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, importers, retailers and e-commerce platforms.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with overseas distributors and monitor performance.
• Develop market-specific sales and distribution strategies aligned with local consumer behavior.
• Expand B2C, retail, modern trade and e-commerce channels to strengthen brand presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Export, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Development to ensure market readiness.
• Develop sales forecasts, business plans, budgets and commercial strategies for overseas markets.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, market penetration and distributor performance.
