Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya is seeking a Commercial Executive (International Operation - Rest of The World) to drive topline, bottomline, distribution, and sales targets across global markets. You will manage trading partners and distributors, including PO, shipment, payment, and performance, while overseeing forecasting, pricing, and 4P reviews.

You will analyze market trends, develop new buyers, and explore new markets to support expansion.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in International Business, Sales/Commercial, Distributor Management, or FMCG.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Understand basic finance and P&L calculation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Fast learner and open mindset to learn new things.
Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

Drive topline, bottomline, distribution, and sales targets.
Manage trading partners/distributors, including PO, shipment, payment, and performance.
Manage sales forecasting and monitor sell-in, sell-out, pricing, outlet coverage, and A&P.
Analyze market, competitor, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities.
Develop new buyers and explore new markets/countries to support business expansion.
Manage budgets and P&L, and conduct regular distributor 4P reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using relevant improvement tools to enhance business effectiveness and efficiency.
