Qualifications

• Bachelor graduates from reputable universities, preferred from Marketing, Business, or similar field of studies.
• 0-2 years' experiences in Business Development and Sales.
• Able to perform exceed expectations under tight deadline and targets.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Having knowledge of social media analytics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions).

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Having knowledge in HRIS/IT Talent Solutions/Digital & Technology products Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
• Having knowledge in HRIS products, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, DarwinBox, SunFish, etc.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts, up to account acquisitions.
• Manage negotiations with Clients.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with new and existing customers
