Job summary

Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, especially in FMCG, and solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, SCM, or S&OP.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Principals on logistics-related matters.
• Monitor service level performance, warehouse operations, and product distribution.
• Ensure compliance with product storage standards and shelf-life requirements.
• Coordinate Principal onboarding and manage logistics-related complaints and issue resolution.
