Qualifications

• Ensure projects are delivered according to contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
• Direct project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and engineering teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, corporate clients, consultants, architects, and end users
• Monitor project profitability, gross margins, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop project and operational teams
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements in both civil and commercial construction

About you

15 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or design & build industry, with experience in senior leadership position

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field

Strong understanding of interior contracting and fit-out, including for furnitures and MEP works

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially within commercial & residential buildings

Senior operational experience in villa management, hospitality, serviced apartments or property and rental management.

A track record of opening properties, establishing teams or building a business from the ground up.

Strong financial and commercial skills, including budgeting and profit and loss responsibility.

Practical knowledge of OTAs, revenue management, property operations and service standards
