Job Description

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company business objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence
• Oversee the execution of multiple interior fit-out projects simultaneously
• Ensure projects are delivered according to contract requirements, quality standards, and client expectations
• Direct project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement, and engineering teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, corporate clients, consultants, architects, and end users
• Monitor project profitability, gross margins, and financial performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop project and operational teams
• Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• 15 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or design & build industry, with experience in senior leadership position
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of interior contracting and fit-out, including for furnitures and MEP works
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, especially within commercial & residential buildings.
