Job summary

PT ISS Indonesia (Bintaro) is seeking a General Affairs Staff to manage end-to-end facilities and services supporting daily operations. You will oversee catering, shuttle services, PPE, uniforms, and office supplies while coordinating vendor relationships and internal budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of GA experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement and facility tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering, snacks, beverages, and vending services end-to-end.
• Coordinate shuttle buses, company cars, and drivers; manage related budgets.
• Handle uniforms, PPE, laundry, and stationeries procurement and inventory.
• Distribute free products to employees as needed; ensure fair process.
• Manage lockers, access cards, and attendance for staff and visitors.
• Conduct vendor bidding and audits for dining, transport, and laundry services.
• Supervise office attendants and front-desk operations.

General Affairs (GA) Staff member responsible for end-to-end management of operational facilities, services, and vendor relationships to support daily business operations.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end management of catering (meal), snack, drinking water, and vending machine

Manage end-to-end management shuttle busses, operational cars, and drivers

Manage end-to-end management of uniform, PPE (Protective Personal Equipment), and laundry services

Manage end-to-end of free products distribution of employees

Manage end-to-end management of stationeries

Manage end-to-end management of lockers cabinets of employees

Manage access card for all people (stat, non-stat, third party)

Bidding and regular audit toward catering, shuttle bus and laundry vendors, including vendor site visit

Manage the disposal of used uniforms

Manage the work office attendants

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management or Office Administration

1–2 years of experience as a General Affairs (GA) Staff member

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Good English communication both verbal and writing

Able to assist in preparing and managing daily operational budgets

Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Familiar with procurement processes, inventory management, and facility maintenance
