Job summary

ISS Indonesia is seeking a Facility Manager for our manufacturing operations. The role requires a Bachelor or Master in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of FM experience, including MEP/Electrical/HVAC/Chiller/Boiler oversight.

You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and policies. Strong English skills, excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as Facility Manager/Facility Management.
• 3–5 years’ experience handling MEP/Electrical/HVAC/Chiller/Boiler jobs.
• At least 3 years practitioner experience as Building Manager or similar role.
• Excellent English language spoken and written.
• Strong project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Experience in managing financial performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong cooperation with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Managing and directing team.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures related to FM responsibilities.
• Managing budget as per commercial model.
• Managing institution related to facility management such as sub-contractors.
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
• Ensuring facilities comply with policies, regulations, and building codes.
• Follow through to inquiries and solve facility services problems or issues.
• Responsible for continuous monitoring and optimization of facility performance and provide solutions.
• Managing facility assets including inventorying, updating, maintaining, and disposal if needed.
• Responsible for people management including team competencies, performance and development.
• Health, safety & environment implementation in daily work and area.
• Ensure and remind subordinates not to engage in anti-bribery practices.
