Job summary

RPX in Jakarta seeks a detail-oriented General Affairs professional to manage assets, insurance policies, and claims across vehicles, buildings, equipment, and cargo. You will coordinate with internal PICs, insurers, and vendors to ensure data accuracy, policy administration, claims handling, and timely follow-ups.

You will monitor risk management, ISO/IMS compliance, audits, and corrective actions related to assets and operations, and prepare KPI, premium, and risk reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, Risk Management, Insurance, Asset Management, or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of asset administration, insurance management, claims handling, and risk analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and familiar with ERP/asset management systems.
