Shopee is inviting you to join the Future Leaders Program 2027, a 2-year journey with four 6-month rotations across key operations functions in e-commerce and logistics. You will drive high-impact local projects and help develop strategic initiatives to support growth in Operations Strategy and Execution.

You will lead end-to-end sorting center and hub operations, focusing on daily execution and process improvements, while gaining mentorship from senior leaders and working across Indonesia.

Formación

• 0–2 years of professional experience; logistics, operations, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
• Open to all academic backgrounds; STEM, Business/Economics, and Logistics/Supply Chain backgrounds are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership through active involvement in organizations, committees, or community initiatives.
• Willingness to be placed in any operational location across Indonesia.
