Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) is hiring a Lender Acquisition & Relationship Manager in Jakarta to identify new lenders and manage portfolios. You will build long-term lender relationships, onboard partners, and support account-related needs in a dynamic fintech environment.

The role demands strong communication, sales, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to meet funding targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, priority banking, or relationship management.
• Strong networking and relationship management ability.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Identify and acquire new potential lenders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing lenders

We'd Like to Meet You If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, priority banking, or relationship management
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client acquisition and working with business targets
• Strong networking and relationship management ability
• An existing funding portfolio or client network is highly valued
• Availability to join ASAP is preferred
