Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial analysis and funding proposal preparation.
• Understanding of P2P and fintech regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Funding relationship manager who will acquire new client / lender for funding in P2P (Pendanaan).
• Assist customer-related inquiries and needs (creating, managing, and optimizing accounts).
• Maintain existing Customer/ lender by providing the best services.
• Work towards achieving set revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth.
• Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining a current portfolio, good relations, providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers.
