The role emphasizes acquiring new lenders, maintaining existing relationships, and meeting funding targets while coordinating with internal teams for a smooth lender experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with funding, wealth management, or relationship management is preferred.
• Excellent communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Available to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

Relationship Manager Funding

As an RM Funding, you will be responsible for developing CICIL’s lender network, managing existing portfolios, and helping lenders understand and access suitable funding opportunities available through the platform.

Your Role

We’d Like to Meet You If You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, priority banking, or relationship management
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client acquisition and working with business targets
• Strong networking and relationship management ability
• An existing funding portfolio or client network is highly valued
• Availability to join ASAP is preferred
