Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and manage lender relationships and funding partners.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new lender opportunities and manage the funding pipeline.
• Negotiate funding terms, pricing, structures, and agreements.
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships and ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Product, IT, Operations, and Legal teams.
• Monitor pipeline, liquidity needs, and market developments.
• Prepare funding analyses and recommendations for Management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
