Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking qualified educators to provide coaching, training, and classroom teaching across the MT Akademia program, guided by the Academic Team.

The role includes consulting with students and parents, conducting Homework Clinics, and participating in CBC sessions while collaborating with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to guide academic pathways.

• Meet minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
