Job summary

Ruangguru seeks passionate educators to join MT Akademia as mentors and classroom instructors in West Java. You will coach teachers, run clinics, and collaborate with Academic Team to enhance instructional quality and student outcomes.

You will conduct student and parent consultations, participate in CBC sessions, and develop engaging teaching materials aligned with the curriculum. The role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on classroom excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities
