Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to join the MT Akademia program in West Java. You will coach, mentor, and uplift teaching skills under the Academic Team, while collaborating with Student Advisors to guide students and engage parents.

You will lead Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and deliver high-quality classroom teaching. Build teaching materials and contribute to curriculum delivery, ensuring consistent class operations and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
