Job summary

Ruangguru seeks dedicated educators to coach MT Akademia, deliver engaging classroom sessions, and mentor teachers under the Academic Team.

You will conduct consultations with students and parents, run Klinik PR, and participate in CBC to share best practices across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

• Meet minimum session targets including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
