Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Indonesia seeks an experienced regional Branch Operations Lead. You will coordinate and manage branches in the Banyuwangi region, oversee academic processes, and drive student enrollment through events and marketing initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for PnL evaluation and optimizing revenue, while ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience and loyalty across the region. The role requires leadership in Sales & Marketing or Business Operations, strong people

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Experience leading a team in sales, marketing, business development or operations.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
