Job summary

Ruangguru for Business via MT Akademia seeks dedicated instructors for Brain Academy Manado Wenang Selatan. You will coach and train teachers, provide student/parent consulting, and run Homework Clinics to boost learning quality.

You will participate in CBC and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and drive educational initiatives. The role involves direct classroom teaching, meeting session targets, and developing curriculum-aligned materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least 1 year teaching experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Experience in PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri prep.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, blended learning.
• Based in Brain Academy Branch Manado - Wenang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways and maintain engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classrooms with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with curriculum development team to align with standards and objectives.

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by Headquarter.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives, as needed by Headquarter.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience with a proven track record of success at least 1 year experience teaching at school or courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
