Job summary

ParagonCorp is seeking a results-driven leader to manage daily fulfillment center operations, from inbound to dispatch, ensuring a smooth and timely product flow. The role requires genba and shopfloor management to monitor conditions, identify bottlenecks, and uphold standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee inventory integrity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, while coaching teams to achieve strong execution and performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or operations management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and fulfillment center operations.
• Strong people leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational data analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Strong ownership, execution discipline, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fulfillment center operations from inbound, storage, picking, packing, to dispatch to ensure smooth and timely product flow.
• Conduct regular genba and shopfloor management to monitor operational conditions, identify bottlenecks, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and throughput, including manpower utilization and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and integrity, ensuring stock movements and warehouse processes are properly executed.
• Analyze operational performance and identify gaps against targets, then develop and execute improvement action plans.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues, bottlenecks, and service-level risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce waste, and improve fulfillment performance.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to build strong execution capabilities and performance culture.
• Manage manpower allocation and operational resources according to business volume and workload requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Fulfillment, Stock Management, Commercial, and other relevant teams to ensure fulfillment operations support overall business needs.
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics such as productivity, fulfillment rate, inventory accuracy, OTIFQ, and operational efficiency.
