Job summary

DECATHLON seeks a Fulfillment Agent (Full Time) to join our team in Bandung. You will process digital orders, pick items, and pack with care. Ensure quality control and handover to couriers while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced store environment.

On-site role requiring teamwork, strong organization, and stamina for lifting and moving packages. English is a plus, and flexibility for weekends/public holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to details to avoid errors in order processing.
• Familiarity with computer software used for order processing, such as Google Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, such as Store Team.
• Physical stamina may be required for tasks such as lifting and moving packages.
• Fluent in English is a plus.

Responsibilities
