Job summary

PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Staff member to join our Bali-based team on-site at our warehouse facility. This is a full-time position that supports the movement of goods and maintains high standards of warehouse management to serve our customers efficiently.

As a Warehouse Staff, you will perform receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically capable of manual tasks and standing for long periods.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment; forklift training advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (training provided).
• Fluency in Indonesian and/or English (or both).

Responsibilities

• Receiving and recording incoming goods.
• Organising and storing products in designated locations.
• Picking and packing orders according to specifications.
• Loading/unloading goods with safe handling equipment.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Performing regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
• Operating warehouse equipment where trained.
• Reporting damaged goods promptly.
• Supporting general administrative tasks in the warehouse.

About the role

PT Deus Ex Machina Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Staff member to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our warehouse facility. As Warehouse Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage and distribution centre, supporting the movement of goods and maintaining our high standards of warehouse management. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve our customers efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and recording incoming goods and materials into the warehouse system
• Organising and storing products in designated locations, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space
• Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications and shipping requirements
• Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate handling equipment and safety procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels
• Performing regular stock counts and assisting with inventory management and reconciliation
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks where appropriately trained
• Identifying and reporting damaged or defective goods promptly
• Supporting general administrative tasks within the warehouse as required

What we're looking for

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment (preferred but not essential for motivated candidates)
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and machinery (forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous)
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a proven attendance record
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse protocols
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems (training provided)
• Fluency in Indonesian or English (or both) is essential
