Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia offers a 6–12 month internship focused on supporting the Freight Forwarding Operations team with administrative tasks and document handling. You will work under close guidance, handling export and import shipment processes and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Applicants should be university students in their final semester, preferably with a logistics or supply chain background, and possess strong MS Office skills and good English communication.

Qualifications

• University student in final semester pursuing any major, logistics or supply chain given priority.
• Internship experience from campus organizations adds value.
• Ready to commit to a 6–12 month internship period.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for export/import shipment operation under supervision.
• Handle generally repetitive shipment document arrangement tasks.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders as required.
