Job summary

Blibli Group’s FAS arm is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Bandung) for its offline distribution unit. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, ensure product availability, and drive targets with MT and GT partners through planning and execution.

The role focuses on building retailer and wholesaler relationships, monitoring market trends, and resolving delivery or stock issues while maintaining pricing and promotional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years in FMCG sales or distribution, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

As Sales Supervisor (Bandung) under our offline distribution unit, you will oversee and drive sales performance within a designated area for our FMCG distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution towards our MT and GT partners. The Sales Supervisor will act as the key link between the company and the market, building strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, monitoring competitor activities, and implementing promotional strategies to maximize market share.

What We'll work on Together:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives / salesman to achieve area sales targets.
• Ensure proper distribution and product availability across assigned outlets.
