Job summary

Indosat is seeking a results-oriented specialist to support sustainable FTTH subscriber retention by monitoring account health, payments, and usage signals, and coordinating approved rebuy and win-back activity.

You will review churn risks, flag onboarding issues, coordinate customer save programs with national functions, support renewal campaigns, and summarize trends to guide local actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Operations or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fixed broadband customer lifecycle, service support or retention operations.
• Strong spreadsheet, presentation and reporting literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainable FTTH subscriber retention by monitoring account health, payment and usage signals.
• Coordinate approved rebuy and win-back activity with national functions.
• Flag onboarding and installation problems affecting continued subscription.
• Support renewal, payment reminder and engagement campaigns.
• Refer technical service problems to Home CX and Fiber delivery owners.
• Summarize survival, churn and recovery trends to recommend local actions.
