Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a senior finance planning professional to lead the annual planning for FTTH and FWA. You will drive forecasts, business cases, and investment appraisal to support profitable growth and shareholder value.

The role requires strong modelling, cross-functional influence, and the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leadership. Jakarta-based, full-time with high visibility across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or related.
• 7+ years in business planning, commercial finance, or investment analysis.
• Proven experience leading budgets, AOP, and forecasts.
• Strong financial modelling, cash flow, NPV/IRR, scenario analysis.
• Experience evaluating telecoms or broadband investments, FTTH/FWA knowledge.
• Ability to challenge assumptions and present clear management insights.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead AOP for FTTH and FWA, align targets with strategy.
• Lead 3+9, 6+6, 9+3 forecasts with risk/opportunity reviews.
• Develop business cases for FTTH rollout and partnerships.
• Assess FTTH/FWA investments, cash flows, and capital efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs and prepare shareholder materials.
• Monitor performance and drive corrective actions with owners.
