Pt Astra Sedaya Finance (Astra Credit Companies) is seeking a Remote Customer Retention Specialist to proactively engage with our existing customer base, prevent churn, and drive loyalty from a fully remote location.

You will analyze customer data, educate on product benefits, and collaborate withSales and Customer Success teams to maintain a unified customer experience across the Indonesian market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer retention, account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and loyalty programs.
• Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and patterns.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer engagement platforms.
• Remote work capability and self-motivation.
• Bekasi region familiarity is a plus but not essential for this remote role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to de-escalate customer issues and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention strategies to increase retention rates.
• Proactively contact existing customers to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
• Identify at-risk customers and deploy retention campaigns.
• Respond to renewals, service issues, and account management inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of communications in the CRM.
