Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Account Manager – FSI to strengthen its enterprise business expansion in Indonesia's financial services sector. You will manage major banking accounts, drive revenue growth, and lead strategic customer engagement for ICT solutions.

You will navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, engage C-level stakeholders, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial targets and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, CS, or IT.
• 7+ years enterprise sales in ICT/telecom tech.
• 5+ years managing FSI accounts in enterprise IT/ICT.
• Experience with major banking accounts (e.g., BCA, DBS, UOB, BRI).
• Experience selling enterprise ICT products (switches, routers, storage, fiber).
• Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation with C-level executives.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue growth and market penetration for assigned financial accounts.
• Develop quarterly and annual business strategies and pricing approaches.
• Build relationships with banking executives and decision-makers.
• Identify client priorities and position enterprise ICT solutions.
• Lead end-to-end sales: identify opportunities, bid, negotiate, close.
• Meet targets across Huawei’s enterprise product portfolio.
• Conduct account farming, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen market reach.
• Coordinate resources for project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to improve win rates.
