MatchaTalent is seeking an Account Manager – FSI to accelerate enterprise ICT sales in Indonesia, focusing on banking and financial institutions. You will drive account strategy, engage C-level stakeholders, and close large-scale ICT solutions across Huawei's enterprise portfolio, including networking, storage, and collaboration technologies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7+ years in enterprise sales, and proven experience with major banks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field is required.
• 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in ICT/tech.
• 5+ years managing Financial Services Industry accounts.
• Proven track record with major banking accounts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT processes and ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage revenue growth, market share, P&L across assigned FS accounts.
• Develop quarterly and annual business strategies and pricing.
• Build relationships with key banking stakeholders and executives.
• Identify priorities and position enterprise ICT solutions accordingly.
• Drive end-to-end sales execution from opportunity to contract.
• Meet targets across networking, storage, optical, and collaboration products.
• Coordinate with partners to strengthen penetration and lead generation.
• Forecast pipelines and monitor market trends to win more deals.
