Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks an Account Manager – FSI to drive enterprise ICT solutions in Indonesia. You will manage major banking accounts, develop strategy, and lead end-to-end sales across networking, storage, and cloud offerings.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, forecast pipelines, and coordinate with channel partners to expand market presence. A business/engineering background and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related ICT field.
• 7+ years of direct enterprise sales experience in ICT/technology.
• 5+ years managing Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts in enterprise IT/ICT environments.
• Strong experience handling major banking accounts such as BCA, DBS, UOB, BSI, BRI, BNI, BTN, or other leading financial institutions.
• Fluent English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market penetration across assigned financial services accounts.
• Develop quarterly and annual business strategies, sales plans, channel development initiatives, and pricing approaches.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executive leadership in banking/FSI.
• Identify customer priorities and position enterprise ICT solutions accordingly.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales including opportunity identification, bidding, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Collaborate with channel partners to strengthen market penetration and lead generation.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
