Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a First Line Manager at the Panjang Factory to lead frontline manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of Nestlé products. You will optimize line performance, manage resources, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and people development.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality, SHE, HR, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and meet KPIs while upholding Nestlé standards in safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (food/chemical/industrial).
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG/food & beverage.
• Experience leading and developing production teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean, NCE, HACCP, QMS and KPIs is highly desirable.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
